It was Dr. Who's latest and greatest invention yet: Tardis, a machine that traveled both space and time. On the outside, Tardis looked like an ordinary police box, but inside it's surprisingly large interior was a series of complex controls and computers to help navigate the fourth dimension. He was preparing to take his niece Louise for a trip to the London of the future when he suddenly remembered there was a kettle boiling in the kitchen. An accidental touch on the control panel from Louise activated Tardis, leaving it's creator to watch in horror from the doorway of his cottage as the machine let out a wheezing, grinding noise as it slowly faded into the future. Louise pulled back the wooden doors of the police box and stepped out into the world that was nearly 200 years away from her own.
