Susan Foreman and Barbara Wright Pin-Up

Image
Recently, I did a remastered version of Prisoners of The Spiders with Susan and Barbara, and it got me wanting to do something else with them. I wanted to do something in the vein of the Rose and Donna pin-ups from a few months ago inspired by the Doctor Who DVD re-releases, but decided to make it more like a "lost" promotional image with the two (taken on what is clearly a television studio set). It's simple, but I like how it turned out. Susan Foreman and Barbara Wright Pin-Up on DeviantArt

Prisoners of The Spiders REMASTERED

Image
Beneath the small English village of Blackcaster, deep within a winding cavern, Barbara Wright is about to discover an unnatural metamorphosis is taking place. Protected from the harsh cold air of the subterranean chamber inside a warm gelatinous cocoon of orange and yellow, Susan Foreman's mind has become something like a soft clay being psychically re-shaped by the alien arachnids that call this cave home. Like the others abducted before her, she's completely surrendered herself to their powers, embracing the Eight Legs as superior creatures that need to be obeyed. The oily skin of the pod glistens in the dark from the beam of Barbara's torch, revealing large silhouettes of spiders looming in the wings to strike at the unsuspecting school teacher...   A remake of the two Susan and Barbara: Prisoners of The Spiders images from 2020, now done in the style of a vintage sci-fi anthology magazine.     Fun fact: this was the only element I saved from the orig...

Rose Tyler Pin-Up

Image
Felt like doing something with Rose after reading through Titan's Doctor Who: Empire of The Wolf comic series this month. This image's background is inspired by those DVD re-releases of the early Doctor Who series we got here in the United States a few years ago. Rose Tyler Pin-up on DeviantArt

Daleks Vs. Yolkians

Image
THE YOLKIANS have returned to Earth to pick up a fresh batch of humans for their next sacrificial ritual. However, the egg-like aliens soon discover that Earth has fallen under new ownership since their last visit, and the deadly DALEKS now reign supreme. With an extraterrestrial war soon in full swing, THE ROBOWOMEN and THE YOLKIAN DRONES will do everything in their power to see that their masters are triumphant! It's a no holds barred battle you won't want to miss as winner takes all: the Earth, and their opponent's army of mind-controlled soldiers! Finally, the long-awaited return of the Robowomen! Who do you think would win between these opposing factions? It seemed appropriate to bring Susan and Barbara back as the representatives of the Robowomen, as they were the first subjects of a "mind control" related image I did. Diana and Yvonne were selected to maintain the 1960s sci-fi theme of the poster. Daleks vs. Yolkians on DeviantArt

Invasion of The Yolkians: The Drones #2

Image
The ceremony is mere hours away, and the final preparations are well underway as King Goobot finds himself in the drone storage facility. With the aid of his two most loyal of servants, he begins a manual test to make sure all mind control helmets are functioning to avoid any later "mishaps" which could arise later. "Yes," he quietly murmurs "Poultra will be most pleased with this batch of sacrifices..." Without warning, the sleepy London street was bathed in an eerie yellow and green glow. Clara stopped in her tracks, the strange beam holding her in place before sending her high into the air. Amy glanced up at the starry night, spotting a giant steel spacecraft hovering directly above the alley, opening it's beak-like cannon and capturing her directly in it's emerald spotlight... By the time the Yolkian's native planet comes into view, Clara and Amy have forgotten about their own homeworld of Earth. No longer plagued by thoughts...

Amy Pond: Cyberwoman

Image
The Daleks had put up a good fight, but they were no match for the overwhelming number of Cybermen. With the battle won, the metal monsters gathered the remaining crew and passengers of the space cruiser, moving them aboard their command ship and directly into the cyber-conversion chamber. Among the prisoners was space-adventurer Amy Pond, who had received the space cruiser's SOS and came to aid in any way she could. Over the hundreds of years of their existence, the Cybermen had been working on improving their nanomachine technology. It was a faster method for conversion, especially useful for converting such a large number of humans in a short amount of time, and Amy was about to get a first-hand demonstration. The microscopic computers crawled along her pale skin, eating away at the black suit protecting her. She writhes in pain as they graft onto her flesh, but briefly stops as she's caught off guard by the feeling of a large helmet sliding on top of her head....

Amy Pond: Scottish Swashbuckler

Image
Amelia Pond was just the latest in the long line of those who were brave enough to investigate the strange little police box that had mysteriously appeared out of thin air. Upon entry, Amy (like all the others) discovered the box's secret: it was a disguised alien machine capable of traveling anywhere time and space, and it was looking for a new pilot. Amy hesitated, wondering if she should leave the nice life she had started here in Leadworth with her fiancé Rory in favor of adventures across the universe. The realization that the TARDIS was also a time machine made up her mind for her, she could be gone for weeks and be back in seconds, and Rory would never be the wiser. Donning the black rubber suit provided by the ship that hugged her tall figure like a glove, Amy would confront countless menacing creatures threatening the safety of the innocent across the galaxy, but her most recent escapade appears to be her most dangerous: an SOS message sent out across the ...

Ace: Prisoner In Evening's Empire

Image
It's a bizarre little world Ace McShane finds herself in: futuristic skyscrapers and stone structures reminiscent of Roman architecture make up the landscape, flying cars zoom past the twin suns while gladiators battle below in ancient colosseums, and the very air reeks of modeling glue. This is Evening's Empire, hand-crafted by model enthusiast and fantasy novel fan Alex Evening, a boy given world-creating powers by a crashed alien spaceship. Here, Ace is just the latest of the women to join the "Slaves of Honor" Alex has captured from the real world and brought to his own, having grown bored of the imaginary harem he had created. Forced to into a more "presentable" attire for Emperor Alex's arrival, Ace has no choice but to play along inside the boy's twisted make-believe planet until The Doctor can arrive, which she hopes will be soon... A manip based on Ace's costume from Evening's Empire , a story featured in the 1993 Autum...

Cybus Industries: Sanctum of The Mistress (NSFW)

Image
Underneath Cybus Industries' London headquarters lies a chamber known only to one person and one person alone. The complex series of passwords and hidden access points which protects it from the prying eyes of the public (and even those in the company itself) are not stored in a keycard or written on some notebook, but held within the brilliant mind of the company's founder and president, a woman known only as "The Mistress". The Sanctum provides The Mistress with the kind of guaranteed privacy many only dream of that she feels no need for modesty, preferring to shed her stuffy business attire at the latest convenience upon entering her isolated room. Tonight marks not only an ending but also a beginning. The end of a plan decades in the making, kept secret from investors and board members until just hours ago when Cybus manufactured accessories began turning the general public into silver machines. With more than enough supplies to last her a year in the safety of ...

The Dalek Invasion 2150 AD: Louise

Image
It was Dr. Who's latest and greatest invention yet: Tardis, a machine that traveled both space and time. On the outside, Tardis looked like an ordinary police box, but inside it's surprisingly large interior was a series of complex controls and computers to help navigate the fourth dimension. He was preparing to take his niece Louise for a trip to the London of the future when he suddenly remembered there was a kettle boiling in the kitchen. An accidental touch on the control panel from Louise activated Tardis, leaving it's creator to watch in horror from the doorway of his cottage as the machine let out a wheezing, grinding noise as it slowly faded into the future. Louise pulled back the wooden doors of the police box and stepped out into the world that was nearly 200 years away from her own. Buildings were in shambles, destroyed cars littered the streets, and there wasn't a single person in sight. With no choice but to go out and look for somebody to he...

Jenny: Time Lord In Training

Image
It was during her last year at the Time Lord Academy that Jenny was approached by the elders of Gallifrey for a mission of the utmost importance. A tear in the fabric of the universe had appeared near Earth in the 21st Century, and if not dealt with soon, could have serious ramifications across the timestream. Given a TARDIS of her own, Jenny sets out to investigate this dimensional rip...   (Above): Jenny's red and yellow suit was inspired by the Time Lord Armor she wore in The Lost Dimension comic from 2017. Donna Noble: Cyberwoman

Image
From the darkness of the laboratory and into the white lights of the corridor stepped out the latest subject of cyber-conversion, a woman who had once called herself Donna Noble mere minuets ago. Standing in the hall waiting for her was the base's Cyber-Commander, who stood beside a middle-aged human female clad in a silver suit. "Donna" stood at attention, her unblinking neon blue eyes staring at the wall in the space between the human and Cyberman, waiting for orders. "YOUR NANO-TECHNOLOGY HAS PROVEN TO BE RELIABLE. WE WILL BEGIN MASS PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE CYBUS-DISKS." Said the digitized voice of the Commander. The woman smiled "I knew you'd love it. You know, you're lucky we ran into each other when we did. Punching a hole through the barriers between universes was hard enough for a humble business woman like myself, but finding you lot with a similar goal of converting worlds upon worlds was sheer luck. Funny how the...

Taylor Swift: Cyberwoman

Image
It wasn't Taylor's first brand endorsement deal by any means, but budding tech company Cybus Industries had offered her more money than all of those previous businesses combined. While initially wary of such a lucrative offer, it was Swift's agent (and army of lawyers) who made sure that it was indeed a legitimate deal, and it wasn't long until she found herself in the halls of the company's new Silicon Valley headquarters. The secretary stopped before a blue door marked with a silver plaque reading "Dressing Room", twisting the knob and holding it open to allow Taylor to pass. "The studio is through the double doors at the end of the hall." Before Taylor could respond, the door had already closed behind her, followed the immediate click of a deadbolt. Fluorescent lights from above suddenly activated, illuminating the grey walls of hexagonal-shaped room. The chamber was completely devoid of any mirrors or furnishings one would typ...
